The Mechanic
When you sign up, you are assigned a private, secure email address (e.g., [email protected]).
Whenever you get a receipt for a subscription, you manually forward that email to your scan address. Our system receives the email, strips the metadata, and sends the raw text to our AI parser.
The Limits
We parse the first 50 forwarded receipts per month, and track up to 5 active subscriptions on your dashboard.
Why is it free? Because it relies on you manually forwarding emails. The computational overhead is extremely low, allowing us to absorb the minimal server costs.
2. THE PRO TIER
Full Automation & AI
Auto-Forwarding Rules
Instead of manually forwarding emails, you set up an inbox rule in Gmail or Outlook to automatically route any email containing "receipt", "invoice", or "subscription" directly to your private scan address.
Advanced Parsing
With unlimited volume unlocked, we deploy heavier LLM models to analyze every forwarded email. We extract the merchant name, billing cycle, price, currency, and next renewal date with near-perfect accuracy.
Proactive Alerts
Because we know the exact renewal cadence, our system sends you alerts 3 to 30 days before you get charged, and provides one-click cancellation guides.
3. TEAM B2B TIER
The Shadow IT Problem
In most companies, employees buy software on corporate cards. The receipts go to the employee's inbox (e.g., the designer gets the Figma receipt). Finance has zero visibility into these scattered expenses, leading to massive "Shadow IT" waste when employees leave or switch tools.
How It Tracks
The Admin creates a Workspace and invites up to 10 employees. Each employee signs up, gets their own unique scan address, and sets up their own auto-forwarding rule in their inbox.
