By accessing or using SubScouter ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

SubScouter is a subscription management tool that analyses email metadata — specifically subject lines, sender addresses, and dates — to identify recurring financial charges. SubScouter does not connect to your bank, credit card, or any financial account.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
• One individual may not create more than one free account.

SubScouter offers a Free tier and a Pro tier, billed at $11.99/month on a recurring basis.

• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your saved payment method.
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime via Account Settings. Pro access continues until the end of the current paid period.
• Refunds: First-time Pro subscribers are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of the initial charge. See our Refund Policy.
• Price Changes: We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new price.

You agree not to:

• Monitor the accounts of third parties without their explicit consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape any part of the Service
• Share login credentials or resell access to the Service
• Use automated tools to generate artificial traffic
• Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

All content, features, and functionality within SubScouter are the property of SubScouter and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription data remains entirely your property — we claim no ownership over it.

SubScouter is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of subscription detection and are not liable for missed charges or financial losses.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SubScouter's aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SubScouter and its operators from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days before permanent deletion.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes are subject to binding arbitration, and you waive the right to participate in a class action.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
