1. Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your SubScouter Pro subscription at any time — no lock-in contracts, no exit fees, no penalties. Once cancelled, your Pro access remains active until the end of your current billing period.

2. How to Cancel

  • In the App: Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. No further charges will be made.
  • Google Play Store: If you subscribed via Google Play, cancel directly through your Google Play subscriptions or device's subscription settings.
  • Via Email: Email [email protected] with subject line CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION and we will action it within 24 hours.

3. What Happens After Cancellation

  • Your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • After that, your account reverts automatically to the Free tier.
  • Your data — subscription history, connected accounts, and settings — is fully preserved.
  • Pro-only features (AI scanning, unlimited connections, cloud sync) will be paused, not deleted.

4. Reactivation

You can upgrade back to Pro at any time. Your settings and data will be exactly as you left them — no re-onboarding required.

5. Refunds on Cancellation

Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. If you believe you are eligible under our Refund Policy, please contact us within the applicable window.
