1. Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your SubScouter Pro subscription at any time — no lock-in contracts, no exit fees, no penalties. Once cancelled, your Pro access remains active until the end of your current billing period.

2. Intelligence Vectors for Cancellation

  • Sovereign Assassination (Email): Use the in-app "Direct Strike" to send a legally binding termination request to the vendor. Our automated Watchdog will parse the confirmation receipt once it is forwarded to us.
  • Direct Link Strike: Execute the researched cancellation URL provided by our AI analyst and follow the prescribed steps.
  • Google Play Store: If you subscribed via Google Play, cancel directly through your storefront settings.
  • Backdoor Support: Email [email protected] with subject line MANUAL TERMINATION and we will action it within 24 hours.

3. The Watchdog Protocol

When you initiate a cancellation via SubScouter, our Autonomous Watchdog waits for the forwarded confirmation receipt. Once detected, the node is marked as NEUTRALIZED in your grid. This provides deterministic proof of cancellation for your records.

4. What Happens After Cancellation

  • Your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • After that, your account reverts automatically to the Free tier.
  • Your data — subscription history, forwarding sources, and settings — is fully preserved.
  • Pro-only features (Unlimited scanning, history import, cloud sync) will be paused, not deleted.

5. Reactivation

You can upgrade back to Pro at any time. Your settings and data will be exactly as you left them — no re-onboarding required.

6. Refunds on Cancellation

Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. If you believe you are eligible under our Refund Policy, please contact us within the applicable window.
