1. Our Commitment

We want you to be confident in your decision to upgrade to SubScouter Pro. If the service does not meet your expectations, we are here to help.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: First-time Pro subscribers are eligible for a full refund if requested within 7 days of the initial charge.
  • Annual Plans: If we offer annual billing in the future, refund requests must be made within 14 days of the initial purchase.
  • Renewals: Recurring renewal charges are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.
  • Partial Refunds: We do not provide credits or partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email us at [email protected] with subject line REFUND REQUEST, including:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • The date of the charge you are disputing
  • A brief reason for the request

We process eligible refund requests within 3–5 business days. Refunds may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Requests made after the 7-day eligibility window
  • Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations
  • Charges resulting from failure to cancel before a renewal date

5. App Store Purchases

Subscriptions purchased through the Google Play Store are subject to Google's own refund policies. You may request a refund through your Google Play account within 48 hours of purchase, or contact us for guidance.
